TO OUR NON-FELONY CLIENTS 

Re:      All Adams County OV, TR, DT, and Civil cases

Dear Client:

            The Adams County Courthouse has gone to “limited access.” 

We do not know the duration of this Order.  If your appearance date was this week, your appearance was excused.  If your case convenes anytime this month, it will be continued, and we will inform you of the new court date as soon as we know. You do not need to appear in court until you hear from us.  At a minimum, this is the case through March.

            Please make sure we have your current email and phone number. If you don’t have an email address, please give us an email of someone you trust who can relay information to you.

            Our office will be closed to the public until the end of March.  Email is the preferred method of communication.  Text to 847 790 4243 will also work.  We will do our best on voicemail, but it will be a low priority for us during this period.

            Again, you do not need to appear in court on any upcoming March court date. We will update you as staff and circumstances permit.
